Add your workout exercises.
Add all of the exercises that you do and specify the equipment you use for those exercises.
Create workout plans.
Create plans for each of your lifting days, grouping exercises into super sets, and specifying the set and rep counts.
Set Goals.
When you are ready to workout, specify that day's goal for each of the exercises in the workout plan you are doing.
Suggestions are provided that push you to keep progressing to higher weights each time you lift.
Record Workouts.
As you workout, record your progress. The next time you are ready to workout, this information will
be used to suggest goals for each exercise.
