SuperSetLife is a workout planner and tracker to help you track your weight training progress. You are able to add your gym equipment, exercises, and workout plans. Then you can track your progress as you complete your workout plans.

Getting Started

1. Open App

Click the App link in the header to get started.

2. Setup Equipment

First go to the Equipment page and add the equipment in your gym.

3. Setup Exercises

Then go to the Exercises page and add the exercises that you do.

4. Setup Plans

Finally, go to the Plans page and add your workout plans. A plan is designed to represent all the exercises you do on a particular day. You can group exercises into super sets and specify the set and rep counts for each exercise.

5. Start Lifting

Now you are ready to start tracking your workout progress. Go to the Workouts page and select the plan you want to do. First you will be prompted to select your goal for each exercise in the selected plan. For your first workout, you must specify the amount of weight you are able to lift for each exercise. For subsequent workouts, the app will suggest weights for you to lift based on your previous workout, represented as different goal suggestions. You can also customize your workout session and specify a weight and rep goal that is not part of the provided suggestions. Once you have selected your goals, you can start your workout. As you complete each set, you can record the weight and reps you were able to lift. The app will track your progress. This information is used to provide you with goal suggestions for your next workout.
